Ordered a APC UPS and never got a email saying it was shipped. I waited 2-3 months and finally got around to try to call - was stuck into a long waiting queue and then finally resorting to emailing them about it to get a status update. Seems like it was quietly "Cancelled" and they had no intentions of fulfilling it. They have the item in stock but don't want to sell it at the price it was ordered several months back.
