Har brugt Garmin Connect i flere år, er egentligt godt tilfreds. Hvis jeg skulle finde noget, så kunne det godt trænge til en design gennemgang, nyt opdateret layout.

Despite its promising features, there is a critical software flaw that renders the device incapable of downloading any apps or updates. It's unbelievable that Garmin continues to sell this product, fully aware of the issue, without any clear resolution in sight. The software problem is widely acknowledged by Garmin, and frustrated customers like myself have been left in the dark regarding a potential fix. The lack of transparency and failure to provide a timeline for a solution is simply unacceptable. As a consumer, I expected better from a company with a reputation like Garmin. To make matters worse, when I reached out to their customer support seeking a return or a replacement, I was met with resistance and unwillingness to take responsibility for the faulty product they sold me. It is truly disheartening to encounter such unhelpful and uncooperative behavior from a supposedly reputable brand. I cannot stress enough how crucial it is for potential buyers to be aware of this serious software issue before considering the purchase of the Garmin 255 Music. As much as I had hoped to benefit from its features, I have been left with nothing but regret and disappointment. In conclusion, I strongly advise against buying the Garmin 255 Music until the software issue is resolved and the company demonstrates a more customer-centric approach to handling such problems. Seek out more reliable alternatives until Garmin proves they have rectified this severe flaw and improved their customer support. Jeg har et fenix pro 6 ur som jeg egentlig er ret glad for, men jeg er lige ved at kyle det ud hver gang jeg skal planlægge eller omlægge træningsplaner via garmin Connect ( da det fungerer endnu dårligere i appen). Jeg står nede i fitness centeret nu og vil gerne løbe intervalløb i stedet for det lange løb i dag, men jeg kan kun bytte træning med bakke gentagelser. Det dur ikke for så skal jeg løbe baglæns ned af løbebåndet så det ville passe mig bedre at løbe Hastighed- gentagelser. Men jeg kan simpelthen ikke få lov at ændre noget. Jeg er logget in på garmin Connect nu hvor jeg plejer at kunne ændre mine træninger lidt nemmere, men enten eksisterer funktionen ikke eller også kan man bare ikke gøre det via mobil. Det skal simpelthen fungeret for sådan et brand som Garmin. Det er jo pinligt det her. Man sidder med et super dyrt ur på håndleddet og ender med at være totalt paralyseret fordi man ikke kan foretage ændringer. Lad være med at købe garmin. Det er simpelthen ikke pengene værd!!!!
