The supplies I get every month really help out because I don't have to buy any supplies for my father in law, they ship them right to my house and I don't pay anything for any of it.

Very rude customer service they never send my medical needs they have been avoiding the video calls and keeps wasting my time and then they have called me multiple times and the phone number didn't match with there business number in new York where they are located at and the number keeps show as Iran number which looks like a scammer trying to get my personal information and abused it I have tried multiple times by phone calls they blocked my number I have tried emailing them they blocked my email and then I try to reschedule the appointment and all I keep getting is Your order is not in a status that allows rescheduling. Please contact support if you need help changing your appointment or making updates to your order. This so for this I will be file a grievance complaint through my United healthcare community plan to have them investigate this issue and I have already call my local sheriff's department and got a case number as they are already investigating this as the case is still open. I would not recommend this company as they will waste your time.

I truly enjoy working with Conduit Health. Their staff is extremely responsible, professional, and dedicated. The Conduit Health team consistently provides excellent service, and it is a pleasure to work with them.

This has been a terrible experience. They were happy to take down my daughter's Medicaid number and schedule for a nurse to speak with us to certify the order via telehealth. That part went smoothly, although for no apparent reason our first telehealth visit was cancelled and rescheduled for the next day. Our nurse was kind, and described exactly what diapers we would be recieving. Within two weeks we got our first order of diapers and pull ups sized for a 35 pound child. Those items have been returned. From that point forward, it has been extremely frustrating dealing with staff. First they told us that they don't carry the items recommended by the nurse. Then they finally helped me create a new order, and then that order never went through because they don't carry the items promised in the second order either. Since Tuesday of last week, I have been promised multiple times that a new order was finally processing. Then on Friday, I once again received a call from a rep, stating that their warehouse doesn't carry the items that I finalized on Tuesday with a supervisor. I told them to order it from another DME that actually carries these items. I think they are trying to run out the clock on our July order and take our August order instead. Where we stand now is at a claim that the order was shipped via FedEx on Friday but there is no tracking number generated yet (as of today, Monday at 1:30). I will update if we ever actually get my daughter's July incontinence supplies, and if we are able to order August from other company or if Conduit Health billed for August without providing July's supplies. I don't know what is going on with this company, but stay away.

Greatest everything get on time for my grandma

My last two deliveries were great, I received so much that I am going to stay with Conduit Health for a very long time. I am very happy with the products that they sent out to me that I am going to place another order for them.
