You should have received clear information about your coverage before going through the process of scheduling and rescheduling an appointment. We also understand how frustrating it was to feel that you weren’t being kept informed along the way. Regardless of the circumstances around the appointment, we should have identified the coverage issue sooner and communicated more clearly throughout the process.
