Not even deserving of one star. It is an incompetent criminal scam organization operating an unconstitutional theft ring.

I received a letter in the mail from conduent business services stating my personal information along with millions of Americans was obtained by an unsaid group or individual. This includes social security numbers and address and states I should accept 1 year of credit monitoring services free. I would rather have monetary relief and info on the company that was also responsible for this breach. This breach occurred last year and you can still sue. This is becoming common place and unfortunately none of these companies are doing the right thing by compensation of monetary means !

Utter incompetence for this company to allow a breach of sensitive, protected personal data to occur for several months before patching and to then wait more than a full year to disclose their failure to affected individuals, offering no legitimate recourse or assistance. This company needs to face consequences for violating the trust placed in them.

Today, February 6, 2026, I received a letter from this outfit informing me that they had been the target of a data breach and that my personal information including name, address, birth date and Social Security number had been compromised. This is the key information that opens us up to identity theft. I had never heard of them before, but they provide "business services" for my medical insurance carrier. The incident occurred over a year ago, January 13, 2025 and the letter is dated October 24, 2025 - THREE months ago! Their pitiful remedy is only a 12-month "free" credit monitoring service. Companies by now should ensure proper data security controls. This speaks volumes about the quality of this place.

The management is not doing a good job. They lied about my performance. I did works very hard. They should talk to my coworker. She didn’t work hard. She stop and go somewhere three to four times a day. They should accuse her for causing me to screw up! And “gettin back in the office” is not a solution. They don’t care about my family situation.

It should not take hrs to get my card activated.. This company sucks and I'm recommending anyone I know not to deal with this company.. The fact that it takes days or even hrs to get a card I already had and misplaced activated makes no sense. I feel as though I'm being scammed with them asking for my Social security over the phone...Very unprofessional I believe they're stealing people's identity

I only checked one star because there’s not a zero star option. My experience (like most everyone else’s I’ve come to learn) has been an absolute nightmare. Way2Go and their counterparts Conduent and Mastercard are a scam. It’s my opinion that the goal is to keep your money unobtainable so they can leverage the balance to make money for themselves. Absolute fraud! 3++++ hours wait time.

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!! GAVE ME SO MANY PROBLEMS TRYING TO PROCESS MY MONEY, AND I COULD NOT GET MY MONEY AFTER THERE WAS REPORTED FRAUD, WHEN THERE WAS NOT!!!!!! TALKED TO THE SAME LADY EBONY MULTIPLE TIMES, KEPT TELLING ME TO DO DIFFERENT THINGS FOR DIFFERENT FORMS OF VERIFICATION AND I DID EVERY SINGLE THING SHE TOLD ME TO DO, SHE KEPT TELLING ME NEW THINGS AND KEPT WASTING MY TIME!!! THIS COMPANY DOES NOT HELP PEOPLE, THEY ONLY LIKE TO SCREW THEM OVER AND THEY HAVE NOW TAKEN FOOD OUT OF MY CHILDRENS MOUTHS AND EVERYTHING ELSE THAT THEY NEED!!!!! AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!
