Horrible, corrupt company. Very anti-employee, even though the management speaks to you with a smile on their face all the time. Beware of smiling faces at this company! Extremely dangerous people! The lied about the job. They lied about the pay. They don't give raises. They don't give bonuses. Their "benefits" are bottom of the barrell. So-called management is unskilled, untrained, and has no business being management. All they are, are low level employees laterally moved to "management" and "training" positions. Which keeps everything screwed up and always in question. Management has no clue how to talk to, handle, or take care of the other employees. Management is heavy handed, extremely micro-managing, and fiercely hypocritical. Never trust a smiling face at this company!! And if they are being nice to you, watch out!! The CEO constantly talks about the millions and millions they are making, but employees NEVER see any of it in raises, bonuses, or any extra pay of any kind. Their pay for billing and processing employees is $5 - $15 and hour UNDER the minimum of standard practice wages. Thier HR office is in Mexico. Just hope you never have to use them, because they don't care about anything. I've had several emails to HR "disappear" from my email send folder, because they couldn't be bothered. All of their employee assistance help/service lines are all located in other countries. You have to play Russian Roulette with trying to find someone that speaks English well enough to be understood. If you are a senior citizen, you are treated extra badly by this company! They lie to you, harass you, write you up for things not your fault, blame you for company problems, and make your life hell. They have no qualms about treating you like dirt, especially if you have medical problems or mobility issues. If you are hard up for a paycheck.....take a chance. But if they hire you, start looking for another place to work ASAP, while you get a paycheck from them. Otherwise, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

The management was disrespectful and rude! My coworker went on medical leave then got back for a few days then she didn’t show up on teams. I asked around and the management was so rude to me.

The employees are lazy and horrible EVERYONE needs to be retrained immeadiately. After being on hold these folks do not want to do their job so they hang up on you causing you to have to call again. I will be filing a complaint with my state hopefully they lose the contract since obviously they cant hire and train the right personnel for the job!! DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BANKING INFORMATION THEY CLAIM THEY CAN NOT DELETE IT AND WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO DELETE IT. I WILL BE CLOSING MY BACK ACCOUNT FIRST THING IN THE MORNING. THE FACT THAT THEY CLAIM TO NOT HAVE AN OPTION TO DELETE BANK INFORMATION LETS ME KNOW THESE ARE SOME SCAMMERS. I WILL COMPLAIN UNTIL SOMETHING IS DONE, I WILL START BY EXPOSING THEM ON SOCIAL MEDIA IM SURE THERE ARE MANY PEOPLE WITH THESE SAME EXPERIENCES..

I wanna warn people DONT work for this company. They are lying and play games and don’t pay you out. The company in Spain Madrid this woman MARIA CALVO is lying about everything. It’s a big mess in the company. SO PEOPLE YOU AR WARNED ABOUT THIS.

They changed from ABC pay rates to hourly rates. They are full of scammers! They said that I can’t take 3 days to two weeks vacation! Because they claimed That I don’t have enough hours. But in the past before abc started I had a hourly rate. I got a week vacation! They are wrong! I wants abc back! Please do not apply for jobs there!
