Spent approx 10 hours in all to get back £400. Why would a company (in my case Greene King) trust them, I have no idea.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Terrible system. Hard to use and much more cumbersome than traditional methods.

Yet another hot mess using it. Every single one of the "Automatic" (AI) receipt or invoice reads miscategorized things completely. Took half a day and two rounds of support to do ten receipts or so. What a mess. Given this organization's very problematic engagement in iffy financial issues in Quebec it's really problematic to be doing half days of unpaid labour to get (some of) our own money back for workplace expenses.

I put in a simple expense and this company clearly aren’t very good,it’s obviously not uk based and it seems staff find it hard to understand simple explanations,they just repeat themselves maybe AI but there not worth using total farce suggest if your in Uk or USA then use a company based there all in all an awful company

This company has poor communication and does not do what they said that they would do for our company. Stay away from them. Take your business to another company.

Concur Audit Service is painfully slow for just a few receipts, resulting in delayed pay outs for expenses. I continue to suggest going with another service to my higher ups.

A great idea badly executed. The app is so slow at recognising receipts it’s quicker to input the data by hand. As an approver, it’s really annoying, and pretty basic stuff, not to time out the notes box to let someone know why I’m returning the expense. And why could I not just add the note to the individual returned expense? This has the potential to be great but once the initial excitement wears off it’s a very slow and unintuitive platform.
