This company is not as advertised. I am still waiting for a refund that has yet to be processed. I get the run around every time I speak to a rep. After entering into a contract they did not do as promised which caused a HUGE negative impact on my credit, my creditors were harassing me and advising that they have received NO communication from Concordia regarding my debt resolution. I had perfect payments with my creditors up until this point. This is a scam and you should be aware your creditors WILL NOT settle and have the right to take you to court and garnish your wages despite Concordia stating they can not. Beware of the the professionalism and the hype because it is not what it seems.

Not as advertised. It's taking a prolonged time with some of our credit card companies that have not been resoled to this date.

They just do whatever they want there. Hard to reach any supervisor. Staff only follows script and doesn’t answer any real questions.

I have been totally misled. I'm into month 4 of the program, have been making bi-monthly payments for that time, and have no money left in my account. You negotiated with only one of the creditors I gave you, made a single payment of $200 to them and all the rest has gone to Concordia in fees. You have no intention of negotiating with another creditor unless I pay in additional money and you now tell me it's a 4 1/2 year program to complete. The original sales process did even begin to suggest the extremely high cost of this program!!

I have been forwarding concerns and no one has gotten back

The communication is terrible. They scheduled phone calls then that don't bother to explain why they don't happen. Only it is with another department and we only get updates not real information. My credit has been destroyed by this company. All I have heard is "I understand and I am sorry" if that was true then they would understand how nerve wracking it is to watch your finances to be held hostage by a "helpful company". They call with monthly updates of you paid but we are still working on it, meaning I need to pay in more before they will do anything.

I was given false information about this program and led to believe it was the correct program for me because it addressed my concerns about my credit score and also that my accounts would be settled within 30-90 days and I would start paying on the accounts. Instead I need to wait for each creditor to write off the debt and THEN they will start negotiating for a settlement once there is 20% of the amount owed to each creditor in my account. That is not the way it was explained to me. And in addition to the monthly fees, I was ocntacted later on and am expected to purchase additional legal services $150 plus $59.99/mo) to protect me from my creditors since the creditors can still sue me for the unsettled debt. I was told when I signed up with this program that I needed to refer any calls from creditors to the customer service department and the calls and emails from creditors would stop and I woulsn't need to worry about anything. Instead to have that happen, I needed to buy these additional legal services. Deifnitely a scam! UPDATE: response is just more of the same. I shared my concerns about the program TWICE on previous phone calls and nothing was done to change the situation ... except "we are sorry you were not given correct information" I am have cancelled the program and I am working with individual creditors which has already raised my credit score 14 pts! It was only going down with Concordia!
