I don't know how this company operates
I don't know how this company operates, and I don't know where exactly my money that I paid to them is going. I try to understand their paperwork but I guess I am too unwise to understand it.

quicken the process of reaching settlement
I think you should get ahold of my depters sooner than you do so that they know we are doing this and they will stop trying to send me to collections etc. It seems to take a long time for you to contact them.
