I feel like y’all aren’t stopping this…
I feel like y’all aren’t stopping this garnishment and they did it again this and now I don’t know how I am going to pay my car insurance

Not happy
First, I was not informed that it would take longer than six months to get my account settled. In fact, I was told it would take 3 to 6 months and my score would be back up to where I was which was in the 700s before I started. Second, I was not informed that they would wait till they accumulated funds in my account to make settlements and that they would not settle more than one account at a time. I am very unhappy with how long it’s taking for this company to settle my accounts. I wish I had been a better explained the process and I would not have done this because I would’ve just kept paying as much as I could on my own because now my credit is ruined. I had not missed any payments before I entered this program. It was green green green as far back as you can see, and now that is not the case.

I haven't seen any results. I continue to get calls and court papers brought to my door.

Horrible service
It’s simple. You are not paying my bills like we agreed. I have had 2 so far turned to private collection agencies. I pay you on time every month, I expected better than this when I agreed to use your services. I would discourage anyone from using your “services”. I was definitely better off before I signed with you. Worst mistake I ever made.

Not transparent and too long to settle
I asked the representative before I started that I will need to apply for an auto loan in the future and I don't want this process to be in the way for me to get approved and she insured me that this will not be in the way. She had no clue what she was talking about, not only am I not getting approve (applied to many places) some lenders even considered it a judgment against me. She also told me that this process will take not more than 120 days, you wish... we're already more than 150 days and the 2 main accounts are nowhere close to a settlement. And I'm stuck. Can't switch cars Can't grow my buisness., just STUCK!
