Unfortunately not the best experience
Unfortunately not the best experience. I ordered a Tasso blood kit and after 18 days from the delivery of my sample to the lab not only I'm still waiting for the results, but no one is replying to my emails to keep me posted about the process. I understand this service might have some inherent logistic obstacle, but it's just bad service to leave the patient hanging as if it was an Amazon return. Would gladly try again if the service and responsiveness improve.

Didn't send the full purchased 3-month…
Didn't send the full purchased 3-month supply. There's no information on the vials reconstituted concentration, so how does one know how much to use? Should on inject 250 or 500 µg? Company seems more like a scam than a competent wellness facility.

Did not seem like they were experts or professional
There was no clear guidance on the dosage or frequency. I was told one thing and then something completely different. I had to go to an outside source for dosage clarity. Then they never followed up with actions after they said they would. I would have to call every few days to remind them to process the order, send shipping information & invoices. Not very professional for a high-end service. Maybe just as bad as standard medical care in the US.

Not pleased with the lack of contact…
Not pleased with the lack of contact and or support. I’ve never done this before and I was hoping that someone would have called to answer questions.

No customer service
It’s hard to navigate the website and customer support doesn’t answer you. I can find no information about my subscription that I signed up for and it was not clear you signed up for 6 months when I started. TO BE CLEAR, I have no problem signing up that long (since I signed the documents) but I want to delay shipments as I am not consuming as fast as they are sending and they just straight up ignore you.
