They were rude to both my husband and I. We drove four hours for a 5-minute meeting with the doctor paid $175 for those 5 minutes and it was supposed to be a 45 minutes console with the doctor. She was very rude and did not help at all. They want to run all these tests on me which would have cost thousands of dollars, but I had a packet deal that would have ran all the same tests and I was told that those tests are for people just starting out to have kids, so they were wanting to charge me even more money... I talked to the secretary prior to the appointment and said that my husband had an appointment for a sample appointment, get there, and they did not have it scheduled, which was even more frustrating. I was very disappointed with everything. Will NOT recommend this facility to anyone, I even had a few friends that were going to go down there as well and told them my experience and they refuse to go there. Being rude to a patient is unacceptable especially when they pay an arm and leg for a 5 minutes meeting on top of drive 4 hours there and 4 hours back home..

So nice to find doctors and other medical staff who review my chart before every appointment and know what my individual needs are. I haven’t found a place that beats their follow-up and care. So happy to be a patient here.

We have been with Dr. Bush and Conceptions for over four years . In that time we have managed to have a healthy baby girl and now are pregnant with our second baby . The care this clinic shows is above the rest . From Linda who takes your blood to Tanya, Lindsay and the rest of the nurses who care for you every step of the way , I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else . Just when we were ready to give up , Dr. Bush convinced us to keep going and try other protocols. He never gave up on us . If you are suffering from infertility this is the place to go !!! We love Dr. Bush and his amazing staff of nurses .

Conceptions got me pregnant when other doctors failed!!! I came to conceptions from Florida after a failed ivf cycle and the team headed by Dr Bush not only got me pregnant but also got me safely through my first trimester!!! Dr Bush is a reigning expert in his field and the best in the country. His knowledge, skills and protocol surpass all other clinics and doctors!! He tailors each protocol specifically to each patients needs and truly cares about each and every patient! He made sure I was ok throuout the entire process monitoring my progress and when I had a scare with my progesterone he took care of it immediately! Glenn the head of embryology is the best in the country. His skills and knowledge make him a true guru with all things embryo related! His lab is unsurpassed in their ability to make viable embryos! He also truly cares about every patient! Tanya my fet nurse was and is my rock! She literally got me through some of the toughest times of my life with love, kindness, knowledge and grace. I had a lot of questions, I was very high maintenance due to my traumatic past experience in Florida, but she always made me feel comfortable coming to her. Her knowledge is unparalleled and very vast! I trust her completely and I owe her my sanity through this process! I miss her dearly and feel I have a friend for life. Sarah Lee the head nurse was always there for me, helping me through my trauma with comfort, knowledge and love! She made sure things were going according to plan and when I had a scare with my progesterone she took care of it. My ivf nurse Lindsay Dole who got me through both of my egg retrieval’s is also my rock! She got me through my previous trauma with love kindness and knowledge!!! The ultrasound techs, Sherri and Tammi are amazing. They were there for me and explained things as many times as I needed and cheered me on along the way. The front desk staff, Dori, Olivia, Nancy, Cory and Taunya were my biggest cheerleaders. I always felt welcome and well taken care of with them!! The entire office is run so efficiently, yet at the same time they knew me and truly cared about me and my journey. I almost went to ccrm but boy am I so very glad I did not! I definitely chose the right place! Conceptions is both the best medically and the most caring ivf center in the country!!! I will be back for number 2 soon!!!

Still charged me $125 for a consult I drove 60 miles to and they couldn't do what I needed. My consult was literally 5 minutes long and I explained that I'm single and wanted to start a family using a sperm donor and doing a home insemination. I needed a specimen release form signed but they will not sign for a home insemination. I understand that that is their policy. I could not find this information posted anywhere or else I would not have pursued them. But they should not charge someone $125 for a 5 minute appointment when the customer walks away unhelped. I didn't even ask them any questions. It was such a waste of my money!!!! I tried to explain to them that they were unable to help me but she said they still have to charge me because I met with a provider. I would understand it if I sat there for my full appointment asking questions. But that was not the case.

While I liked the doctor I initially saw for my consult, I felt a little like I was being sold on the clinic and IVF. After leaving her office, my experience with the clinic deteriorated extremely. I was taken into a room with barely any windows (one super high up one) to sign papers, and I had to ask what some of the legal ones were for that were being thrown at me without explanation. When I declined one that would have me sign on behalf of my lawyer husband who wasn’t there, I got a very passive agressive “well you can’t do IVF then” from the nurse I was with suddenly. I had not agreed to do IVF yet! Then, I did a million blood tests for which I was not told what I was having done but for which took a good 10 minutes to draw blood and had to switch arms. A week later, I contacted the clinic to get my results. I was not responded back to. Then I got a bill and a request to write a review, so I asked again and emailed the doctor this time. The nurse informed me that I’d normally be told my results at my follow-up appointment. I didn’t have one scheduled! Also, when you’re being told all this bad news, waiting for results for weeks is not okay. When she gave me my results and I asked for details, I got told it was “appropriate.” This led me to seek another doctor and clinic. I need more understanding and explanation.

I would recommend Dr. Bush and staff to anyone.
