Highly disappointed!
Since Nov. 2017 I've spent nearly $600.00 letting C.R.D. 'try' and fix my desktop.They failed miserably. In Nov. 2018 I paid over $400.00 having them install windows 10 'twice'.The 2nd. install was done because they said my hard drives were bad. They didn't check them the first time. Turns out they weren't as bad as they said. One was at 78% and the other at 97&. To add insult to injury the Windows 10 operating system they installed was two years out of date and it certainly wasn't explained to me that I would have to update it. Lastly, I mentioned over and over again about keeping the songs and photo's that were on my P.C.. I was told,, "don't worry brother,,It's all gonna be alright". when I finally came to pick it up I mentioned it again and it was like I hadn't said a word about that to them.I was then told it would cost an extra $50.00 to retrieve it,,and even after that,,no photo's. The employee told me 'I didn't mention photo's' I have to believe they would know to look for,or at least ask about things like that. The fine point of this is,,,I'm 'very' disappointed. They will never get my business again,nor will I ever recommend them,,in fact,if they have any honer at all they should refund at least half my money back but I won't hold my breath. William Waldrop.
