It was great to find a place where they could fix my MacBook after Apple suggested there was nothing to do but buy a new computer. They have great customer service and accurate information on the status of your repair. The only thing was that the keyboard was left seemingly un cleaned. There are a few letters that are not working properly when typing. Overall, I’m very thankful.

Quick service but I found the price a bit high. Not much cheaper than buying a new laptop. I would have given 5 stars if the fee was more reasonable. They asked me the most I would pay to fix it and that is what they charged.

My computer skills are very limited. Had the service for my son's computer. took little more time to fix but finally it's working fine now.

It was my lucky day that I found this business after my old computer repair man closed his shop. This is one of those business's that you say after your first visit "I will never go anywhere else". The owner is extremely knowledgeable and service is fast and reasonable, what a winning combination :) But what also impressed me was the genuine kindness in the shop. It is a quality that can't be faked. What a happy place to visit.

Great service, very reasonable prices, and fast repair. Better than any other repair shop I have been to! Left my laptop brand new after I spilled coffee on it.
