Price was way too high, went to laptop md, cheaper, quick and got the files needed at a fraction of the cost

I was told i have a 90 day warranty . When i went to pick up my computer i was told i have a 30 day warranty . To me that is a red flag . The warranty should be on the recipe . The warranty is not on the recipe i wonder why . They did fix my computer . I REALLY do not know if i have a 30 day are a 90 day warranty . You tell me you be the JUDGE .

The process is sound, and eventually it got fixed. But took too long, and only when I called was I notified of a shipping issue holding it up. Upon receiving laptop back, bottom screws were all missing from the case, and a wire was closed in over the ethernet port making it un-usable. They offered a free fix, which is great, but it's still 30 minutes each way - which is time wasted had it been done properly. Again, overall process with notifications appears sound, the solution just wasn't quality.

Receptionist had poor listening skills

Since Nov. 2017 I've spent nearly $600.00 letting C.R.D. 'try' and fix my desktop.They failed miserably. In Nov. 2018 I paid over $400.00 having them install windows 10 'twice'.The 2nd. install was done because they said my hard drives were bad. They didn't check them the first time. Turns out they weren't as bad as they said. One was at 78% and the other at 97&. To add insult to injury the Windows 10 operating system they installed was two years out of date and it certainly wasn't explained to me that I would have to update it. Lastly, I mentioned over and over again about keeping the songs and photo's that were on my P.C.. I was told,, "don't worry brother,,It's all gonna be alright". when I finally came to pick it up I mentioned it again and it was like I hadn't said a word about that to them.I was then told it would cost an extra $50.00 to retrieve it,,and even after that,,no photo's. The employee told me 'I didn't mention photo's' I have to believe they would know to look for,or at least ask about things like that. The fine point of this is,,,I'm 'very' disappointed. They will never get my business again,nor will I ever recommend them,,in fact,if they have any honer at all they should refund at least half my money back but I won't hold my breath. They were unable to extract any data from a hard drive and had great difficulty locating the drive in order to return it to me. Three individuals sat eating their lunches while one searched aimlessly for the equipment. The level of unorganized behavior is concerning to say the least. Will take my business elsewhere next time.
