I think your Customer Care to be…
I think your Customer Care to be excellent. The one problem I had, had nothing to do with you or your company. It had to do with the shipping company. Because I found your Customer Care person so supportive and helpful, I did not purchase an item elsewhere. I decided to try and again. I am happy that I did. Not only were you able to help me find a better unit, with more bells and whistles so to speak the price was still very reasonable. Further, as told the item arrived on time, if not earlier than expected. I am very pleased to have found this company and I will certainly seek them out as a first choice in the future. Additionally, my emails were responded to in a very timely manner. Thank you. Kenn

I love the size of the laptop
I love the size of the laptop, but haven't set it up let. Had some delivery issues with Fedex, but i received it this morning. I left home this morning and when i returned it was on the porch; i was told by Fedex that the original Saturday delivery would be changed to Monday so i went shopping Saturday but when i returned home a note from Fedex was on my door saying they came by and that i needed to sign for the package so they said they would come back Monday, but they dropped it off this morning without a signature. I have the package now so im cool.

This is exactly what I needed
This is exactly what I needed. I like the style of the product and the feel of the keys. The product was sent to me in a timely manner. If I need anything new in the future, I would use this merchant again.

Screwed over!!
I ordered my item on 2/24/21 and paid for 2nd day air shipping ($49.99). Today is Tuesday, 3/2/21, and I still haven’t received my item. While my shipping fee was refunded, it was only done so after going back and forth with the company numerous times and being told I was causing the company to take a loss. Not good service!!! I needed this item yesterday because my classes for my Masters program started yesterday. As I stated before, I still do not have my item. Also, Fed Ex cannot tell me when I WILL be able to get it. Nothing like getting the run around after spending what for me is a LOT of money, and I have nothing to show for it! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN, NOR WILL I EVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!

Hi Melissa, We are sorry that you have not received the package on time, we have processed your order on time by 2nd Day Air. But unfortunately there was a delivery delay by FedEx, FedEx is extremely busy and no longer guarantees delivery on air shipping because of the pandemic. We have fully refunded you the product cost & shipping cost. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
