CompTechDirectReviews of comptechdirect.com

Good customer service and a fair price for the laptop I needed. Recommended place to shop for your next computer.

Every expectation met. Would do business again without hesitation. Thank you!

This company undercut several others for price and provided the quality product expected and advertised. They also provide quick shipping, I had it in 3 business days after my order. I would do business with them in a heartbeat and recommend them to others as well.

Nightmare situation. They sent the package to the wrong address with a note to not change without shippers authorization, then would not respond.

Refurbished Think Pad was in brand new condition. Not a scratch on it and it works flawlessly. Arrived timely and well-packed.

great communication

The computer looks amazing!! Cant believe it is refurbished. Wow, no scratches in the screen nor the exterior. It looks great. Its running great!! Thanks so much!!

Defective HP Envy Laptop intermittently will not bootup? You guys stuck me with it and kept my money even though I informed you of the problem in a timely manner and requested a functional replacement or refund. Terrible Customer Service. Do Not Buy from this Company. Not Trustworthy.
