Refurbished desktop arrived well…
Refurbished desktop arrived well packaged and as described! One star off because when checking with warranty they said I had 3 weeks left not 3 months. Somehow the sale date was not set as the start date. So HP reset the warranty. Lastly, the fan is a little loud...will see if this is the norm.

Amazing deals and customer service
I am the IT Director where I work and sometimes have to order more than one PC. I ordered one computer off of Comp Tech Direct because I was skeptical because the price was so cheap compared to anywhere else. When this brand new PC showed up just the way I wanted it i was amazed (not to mention how fast it arrived) so I ordered another 10. The price got even cheaper because I ordered so many and I still received the same quality. so I just ordered another 20 PC's and they showed up in less than five days. I could not be any more pleased with my experience. I will be doing all of my IT purchases with Comp Tech Direct from here on out.

Computer arrived earlier than expected…
Computer arrived earlier than expected and undamaged. I set up today and everything appears to be working as promised. Very limited instructions came with unit so I set it up on the fly.

Fast shipping and delivery
Fast shipping and delivery. However ever the laptop came defective. Blue screen on death during initial setup, crashed at least 20 timws. Had to do a factory reset a few times since it kept crashing. Will not buy refurb again from this vendor. New might be a different story.

We're very sorry to hear that you had a bad experience at your purchase. All of our renewed products are Grade-A certified & refurbished by the manufacturer and covered by the manufacturer warranty. It can happen sometime to any computer whether you buy a brand new or refurbished computer. That's the reason your are covered by the manufacturer warranty. Don't just blame the seller has done something wrong with your purchase. You never contacted & gave us a chance to resolve your issue. Next time you better contact the store and try to resolve your issues before you leave any nasty negative comment without knowing the fact.
