This was my first experience with Compsource even though they've been in business for over 20 years. I ordered a recertified all in one PC from them on a Sunday evening and received the item the following Thursday! That was even with free shipping the week before Christmas. The product was flawless and fired up like a new computer. I would highly recommend them and their customer service. I will be ordering from them again. Thank you, Travis C In Salt Lake City

Compsource had the best price on the item I was looking to buy and they even offer financing! When you are trying to stay up to date with the latest electronics it is a must. I actually received my item long before I thought I would. It had already been delivered by the time the tracking had updated to say it shipped. It was faster than Amazon prime shipping! All around good experience with CompSource.

I received my order very quick! It came sealed and in perfect condition! Great customer service as well! I highly recommend this place!

I bought a $1200 computer. The screen came cracked, looks like they sent it cracked because they are just a drop ship sales company. They won't take it back. Horrible company!! Beware!! Your reply that this is FedEx's fault doesn't work. This computer shipped on the 10th of October. I ordered it on the 1st of October and it has been sitting in the box for 15 days waiting to be returned. Bottom line it has been 30 days and I don't have a computer I paid for. I already ordered from another company and have my computer up and working. I don't take back that this is horrible customer service. Don't shop here. How long will I get my money refunded? I haven't even started that fight.

ordered a laptop that i needed asap, got a shipping confirmation email soon after. waited two weeks. emailed. found out they generate the shipping labels before actually sending the items, and the laptop was on back order. two weeks later, still no laptop. they said it would be longer and they could not say why; at that point, they had the laptop back in stock. asked for a refund right away so i could order the same laptop from someone else. still waiting for the refund three days later and meanwhile the charge is accruing interest on my credit card. thanks compsource!

Product did not arrive by original ETA and I received no notice it would be late. Company eventually responded saying product would arrive the next week. Two days after new ETA the product had not arrived. Two emails and a phone call later...nothing. I finally got a refund after filling an official complaint through a non-profit.

Ordered a entertainment center which was significantly cheaper than anywhere else, with free shipping. Ordered on Sunday, received Friday. No problems. Kept me updated with order status and shipping details. Would use again.

Been waiting for my refund before posting this review. Got my item ordered only to get a backordered email about a week after the purchase. Mildly irritating but that happens, however, CompSource wasted no time taking my money a day or two after the purchase...3-4 weeks before the item shipped. In my online shopping history, companies generally wait until the item is or has shipped before taking your money. Then, when the fire pit arrive, it was in was in 7 pieces but only should have been in 5…that’s right a broken item and I don’t think it was done by FedEx. After submitting my RMA request, I had to contact CompSource multiple times including getting a supervisor involved before getting the item shipped back. And my multiple contacts included arguing with an employee about how to ship the item back, the supervisor kissing my butt only to go on vacation for 2 weeks before getting back to me and then FedEx just showing up one day without so much as an email from CompSource. And of course I had to reach out to find out if/when I’d be getting my refund. In my humble opinion, do yourself a favor and don’t buy anything from this company. If you do, I wish you luck…
