Won't be shopping there again
Ordered the new Buffalo NAS from them. It was on back order with all the resellers, so no big deal. I signed up for and received an email when the product was available. 4 business days later, still no word from Compsource. I sent an email on day 5 and received an email that it was shipped. When it arrived, I noticed the ship date was the day I emailed them. The device came with a corrupt firmware (not their fault). But, to return it I had to pay shipping. I did an expedited return so they would ship the replacement right away, charge me for it, then credit when they received the part back. Still waiting for my credit even though I have a confirm saying it was delivered 8 days ago. They where $10 cheaper than Amazon, so I went with them initially. I guess you get what you pay for, so I won't be shopping with them again.
