They are fast....at taking your money. The rep explained their services would not suite my case & I should request a refund immediately. I did so but this company needs 2 days to even acknowledge the refund request. So here we are over 2 weeks later, it took seconds after I submitted online to take my money and now they give excuses for not refunding me. They need to talk to me first...ABOUT WHAT?

So far so good now we just wait for paperwork. Thanks, quite easy to follow. The additional monthly subscription availability is a good thing if needed.
