I spent a lot of time looking for a product to replace the now defunct HTC SyncManager to sync my Outlook Calendar and Contacts. This product does a lot more and is really excellent. I had finger problem setting it up and their support guy, Trevor, was very responsive and helpful. I thoroughly recommend this product - it even has a trial version and I also like the option to purchase at a one off price rather than a monthly subscription.

I found a service on companion link to be top notch, on time, and totally professional. My tech, Nathan understood my problem walk me through it and made sure the problem was solved before the end of the session call. I would recommend companion link anyone and I will tell you once all your calendars not synced up, it makes a world of difference. Gentleman job well done

This product is a complete waste of money. It continually duplicates appointments and the dedupe function does not work. You have to waste an awful lot of your own time having to delete duplicates on a continual basis. Don't waste your money.

A good program for managing your information on PC and handheld. Synchronization is a matter of trial and error at times, especially with IOS.

Thank you for your review. I see you used our DejaCloud sync (recommended) for a time. But later switched to USB or Wi-Fi. If you are using USB - please try a different cable. If you are using Wi-Fi then your results are based on your Wi-Fi router. We recommend DejaCloud Sync because it is automatic. Great product for synchronizing Outlook calenders and contacts, but also the after sales support is outstanding. No BS, quick response and solution driven.

I cannot say enough good things about CompanionLink. The software is super reliable and exactly what I need to sync my Outlook calendar to my phone. I am not a huge fan of having personal info in the cloud, but I trust them and have used their software without incident for years. Wayland B. has helped me successfully numerous times with my questions, and Tiffany D. was also very helpful. Very polite, very helpful, and a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommend!

I've been a long-time customer of CompanionLink, starting back with needing to sync my PalmPilot. It seems I realize I need to sync something every couple years (first, Palm, then Outlook to iPhone, now Google to Outlook), and each time, I do an environment scan, looking at what's available. Each time, I come back to the CompanionLink products. I recently had to contact Support for the first time asking about how multiple attendees were handled in Outlook to Google sync, and I got back a prompt, clear and very actionable response. I didn't expect anything else, but it was great to have my positive opinion of these folks reconfirmed.
