I find this product to be inconsistent
I find this product to be inconsistent. When it works well, I forget I even have it. Then all of a sudden my Google and Outlook are not synching and I only find out due to a missed appointment. That has happened recently and haven't really been able to get it reliable again. Tech support keeps guessing at answers.

Crashes a lot and has for years. Inexplicable syncing issues.
