Great customer care and superb service
I sent in pictures of my dog using their step by step instructions.. It was actually very easy! I loved what I saw and I placed my order. Within a couple weeks, I received my precious print! Sadly, there were some ink spots on the canvas that should not have been there. I had mentioned this in my initial review and within hours, they reached out to me and offered to send me a replacement at no charge. I was very pleasantly surprised, but even more so when I received my replacement within a very short time… And it was perfect this time! I HIGHLY recommend this company. Their quality of work is great. Their customer service is even better! And..wow.. my canvas of my precious Zoey Girl.. melts my heart!❤️

Initially I made errors in my original…
Initially I made errors in my original order. I feared I would just have to live with that mistake. Thankfully, Customer Service was able to cancel it so I could place a new one. I was very careful in choosing size and styles before I placed the new order. I did the canvasses on my 2 horses who are in their "senior" years. The portraits are beautiful and look just like them. Even the "tattoo registration" on my Mustang's neck is visible! He is black and the tattoo is white. My other horse is a beautiful Palomino with flaxen mane and tail and his coloring was captured exactly. As I was unpackaging the 2 portraits, I quitely said, "Please make these look as good as what the images were." YES! They are perfect!

I deal with a lot of companies but CA was top notch ! From the beginning of my order , the simple way to upload your pets picture all the way to the arrival was smooth ! And their product is beautiful, sturdy and strong ! No complaints here ...

A special portrait
This was such a fantastic way to remember my special little guy. The portrait looks amazing and is the spitting image of my favorite pup. Easy process and was delivered quickly.

I love my pictures!
I love my pictures! It was easy to upload and then see what the actual picture would look like. Shipping was fast, and they were well packaged. Their pictures make me cry. I miss them, but I love these pictures. Thank you!

Perfect
We had to say goodbye to our 17 year old pug two weeks ago. We’ve been devastated but wanted a way to honor her. Our portrait of her is incredible. I started to cry when I opened it. It’s perfect
