Been over a month no response or picture.

I paid $144 for a portrait of my dog. The image I approved was clear and looked fine but the picture I received was blurred and awful. I called and left a message and emailed customer support with no response. I would give them a 0 if I could.

If there was an option to give zero stars I would. Do not engage with this company unless you want to just lose your money. They sent me my artwork - didn’t even look like my dog, was a different breed. Asked for a revision and they sent me the exact same thing. And haven’t responded to me since after I raised an enquiry.

I ordered custom prints of my dogs from this company and they were absolutely terrible. The “artwork” looked nothing like my dogs — completely wrong body shape, face, and even gave them long hair when they’re short-haired. I gave them another chance after they offered to fix it and sent in more photos, but the replacements came back almost identical to the first disaster. It’s painfully obvious this is cheap AI junk, not real artistry. Total scam — save your money and avoid this company at all costs.

I’m giving this a one star review because not only has my digital print been almost a week late but they are horrible at communicating. They take forever to respond and don’t give you a clear answer. I would advise you to not purchase anything from this company.

I should have known, but this is a scam. The dog in their image looked absolutely nothing like my dog, and I could see they were printing out the same dog in existing photos. Scam.

Do not recommend this company! Horrible customer service. No transparency in their dispute resolution processes. Violates many FTC regulations. Product is mass produced in third party printing facilities and are not in fact handcrafted by an artist which is deceptive.

Cannot recommend them at all.
