Turned out so well. Sooooo cute. Makes me smile every time I look at it. I wish I thought of making it a blue or white tub if I could have.

Hi Jeanne, thank you so much! We’re thrilled to hear your portrait makes you smile every time you see it — that’s exactly what we hope for 😊 The tub color idea sounds adorable too! We really appreciate your feedback and hope to create another masterpiece for you in the future.

I loved the prints I had made. The software is easy to use and so fun to play with. I wish they had more themes with men and multiple pets as well. The only real issue I had was the print size is not your standard size so framing had to be done with an unequal border. But they turned out ADORABLE!

Thank you so much, Shira! We’re thrilled you loved your prints and had fun creating them. We really appreciate the feedback about themes and print sizing — that’s incredibly helpful and something we’ll continue improving. So glad they turned out adorable in the end 😊

I ordered a canvas of my sister’s cat. It is absolutely precious and she’s going to love it. I only wish there were more backgrounds to pick from and more smaller options such as picking a certain drink. For example, instead of a martini ~ a beer, wine, etc.

Hi Laura, thank you so much for your kind words! We’re thrilled you loved the canvas. We also really appreciate your suggestions—they’re super helpful, and we’ll definitely pass them along to our team for future options!

Really delightful result. Four stars because my dog is grey and white not brown and white...

Hi Lisa, Thank you so much for the 4 stars and for your kind words, we’re so glad you loved the final result! 😊 We’re sorry we didn’t quite nail your pup’s coloring. If you’d like, we’d be more than happy to take another look and adjust the grey and white tones so it’s a perfect match. Just send us a message and we’ll make it right! Thanks again for your support, we truly appreciate it!

Use the service for Christmas and my housemate burst entities and loved her portrait of her dog. However, I would love more options that were unisex or male friendly as a lot of these are very feminine pictures and I would love to use this service for my male dog.

Hi Robyn, We love that your housemate adored her dog’s portrait — that makes us so happy! 🐾 Thank you as well for the thoughtful feedback about offering more unisex or male-friendly designs. We’re actively working on expanding our themes to better suit every pet personality, and your suggestion truly helps guide us. We appreciate you sharing it!

The picture is very cute - a little askew on the framing but none the less - it’s my pet that I love.
