Hi Gigi, I sent you a direct email. I’m sorry for the confusion and frustration regarding your order. Upon checking, the order associated with your email address was for a digital portrait only and did not include a physical print shipment. Because of this, nothing will be shipped physically. I sent the download file directly to your email. You may download the file and have it printed at any local or online print shop of your choice. Warmly, Companion Archive Customer Support
