Couldn’t be happier with my experience with Companion Archive! The portrait of my sweet Coaley is absolutely beautiful and truly one of a kind. The quality and attention to detail exceeded my expectations, and it’s a piece I’ll treasure forever. When my portrait arrived, the frame had a slight bowing issue. I reached out, and Khreen was incredibly kind, responsive, and diligent in making things right. I was given the choice between a 50% refund or a reprinted replacement, and I chose the replacement. Khreen stayed in touch throughout the entire process and even checked in until my new portrait arrived to make sure everything was perfect. Outstanding customer service and a genuinely caring team make all the difference. I will absolutely be having the rest of my animals’ portraits made by Companion Archive. I highly recommend them!
