Ian wasn’t even in the office. He was parenting his children as he helped me get my order ready for purchase. This isn't the first time working with him either, and certainly won’t be the last time. He has been very kind, efficient and accurate regarding the execution of my order. Thank you kindly Sir.

With carpenters and designers waiting for me to choose the new lights for my new very large bookcase, I was getting all of my advice from my new friend Eli. Eli was able to fast track my order so that I was able to get the new lights delivered the following day to my front door. He saved me hundreds of dollars in possibly wasted time with his advice and suggestions. Thank you again Eli Robb L.
