Hit & Miss
Sometimes you find great deals, sometimes the codes do not work. You receive some credit, but I'm not sure where those credits go.
Response from RetailMeNotSep 28, 2026
Thank you for your feedback! We do our best to ensure all promo codes are valid and up to date. Regarding cash back rewards (or credits), these accumulate directly in your RetailMeNot account. You can easily view your accrued balance anytime by logging into your account and clicking on "My Rewards."

I did not receive credit for a purchase…
I received a reply from RetailMeNot that the cash back for this purchase was credited to my account on 9/23. However, I do still do not see that credit. The subtotal of my purchase was $100.80, so 12% cash back should be $12.
Response from RetailMeNotSep 28, 2026
Hi Anne, thank you for bringing this to our attention. Our support team has reviewed your account and issued the cash back on 9/23 as a goodwill gesture to ensure you're taken care of. We've also sent direct follow-up emails regarding this. Please check your inbox and spam/junk folder for those messages. We appreciate your patience and thank you for being a valued shopper!
