It has been almost a year since I have been living in my current building. Ever since common took over, there was an obvious good change in the service provided; Quick responses to emails, clear instructions, professionalism, constant updates and a very good communication. The transition was made smoothly and efficiently. With common you feel your matters and concerns actually matter to them as they always keep in touch asking about your needs and seeking your satisfaction. I would highly recommend common management whenever you are moving next.

Common was a terrific company to deal with. They make moving in smooth, easy, and painless. It was also enjoyable to live with others in the common-style living, as there are always fun activities and things to do at all times.

I have lived in Common going on 3 years and I love it. Everyone from management to staff are always so helpful. I’ve worked with Gavan, Lior on many things and they have both been so accommodating and kind. It has been a great transition for me after moving to NYC from Europe. I will definitely be sad to leave.

I've lived at Common MacArthur for 4 months (out of a 6-month lease) and I've enjoyed my experience so far! The amenities, complimentary supplies, and laundry in unit have been some of the highlights. I get along well with my suitemates and I think I'll stay friends with them even after I leave Common

Great place to live for temporary accommodations. Management and communication is very poor. It is easy to move in, however, it is a nightmare moving out.

Had a great stay overall! I was very happy with the 3 months lease option and the fast, simple and modern move in procedure (online payment & signing) Only issue is that there is quite car break-ins at Melrose happening so just be sure not to keep any valuables in the car, it's almost safer to just keep your car on the street, although they did add an extra camera in the parking lot. Would still highly recommend it to everyone that wants to move in quickly somewhere for still a reasonable price for everything you get!

Had a great experience at Commons. I was fortunate enough to stay in two of their buildings and they were both great. The best part of it is the convenience of fully furnished living room/bedroom and cleaning services!

Common is one of the best apartment complexes in the bay area! They really take care of you. Good location, great services, and amazing customer service. I highly recommend this place!
