I have lived in Common Terry for almost a year now and the overall experience was fairly great. It’s my first time living in a microstudio and one thing I love is that it has all the basic things you need and the appliances are updated. The location is very accessible to the bus stops. Common areas are kept clean which is very impressive and most people I’ve encountered are nice. Unfortunately the downside is that there’s no elevators so it will be the biggest challenge when it comes to moving especially if you are on the top floor. Parking is another thing because you have to find a spot on the side streets. Regardless, I really appreciate how efficient the staff/team responds to the email whenever there’s issues or concerns which I think is one of the important factor for the pleasant living experience. Kudos to you guys as well as to the team who keeps the building neat and tidy.

Common Summit is a really nice place. They gave no room for any complains, exllecent service, The place is nice and tidy, kitchen, Concerace services are good. It was like staying in a hotel. Satish

I live at Anew in Seattle and have enjoyed my time so much I just renewed for a second year. I travel for work and Common makes things so easy for me! The space is great for me and they are always quick in getting to any issues I have! I also appreciate that they try to bring the community together with activities because we all know how hard it is to meet people when relocating as adults.

I recently moved back to Chicago after being away for four years, I wanted to live in the city, but find something ideal for my lifestyle being a minimalist, I didn't want to buy any furniture, I wanted a location with easy access to transit to the loop, safe neighborhood and within a reasonable cost. Common was IT for me! I started correspondence after inquiring and emails back and forth was effortless and timely. I moved in swiftly, the facilities are amazing and the neighborhood is perfect, I am literally 25mins from Chicago Loop and the ease of having everything I need included in my membership is a no brainer. I highly recommend Common Living!

I am just about to complete my one year with Common, I have been quite happy with the experience. Despite minor communication hiccups, the team has been very helpful, friendly, and flexible for my transfers from New York to San Francisco and extending my lease. Common provided what I was looking for with fully furnished rooms within my budget! If you are looking to live with Common, I would highly recommend seeing the space in person or through Video conference to make sure the rooms will suit your needs. I made the mistake of not seeing one room in person and the room was too compact, but Common transferred me to another room swiftly.

I am just coming up on one year at Common Terry and I have loved my experience! The tour was informative and the onboarding was simple. The idea of coliving was something I specifically looked for in an apartment. It reminds me of the communal feel of a college dorm without the messy roommates a huge plus for me. The communal spaces stay quite clean and any issues are addressed quickly. I have hosted friends and family in the common spaces with BBQ's and viewing parties and they all love it as well. I am walking distance from work and play yet feel far enough out of downtown to sleep soundly. I am quite happy with my time at Common Terry and will probably spend a few years here.

This has been an ideal place to stay for us for few months, and we feel very lucky to have found the perfect location, a reasonable rent , a room completely furnished, with all amenities included and a helpful staff to assist you on any necessities. We plan to come back next year
