My dishwasher leaks every time I attempt to use it. I put in a request for it to be fixed and didn’t hear back for weeks about it. I was then told that it had already been serviced, but when I went to use it it still leaked.

Zack Sultan has gone above and beyond to answer all of my questions and assist when I messed up the onboarding process.
