The plan is easy to follow with palm fist thumb. NO complex recipes. The coach support and interaction with other clients sustains motivation. I love reading the different posts by fellow travelers on this journey. Seeing things through others eyes lets you know you are not alone.

I am a newer member, Melanie has been a great coach and supporter, I do things differently because of brain aneurysm. She has been great with patience and full support and great tips. Thank you so much Melanie.

If you wish to lose weight, the Committed Coaches program is the way to do it. It is an economical, healthy way to lose unwanted pounds. The coaches are dedicated individuals with vast knowledge of healthy weight loss procedures. A combination of nutritional coaching and reasonable amounts of exercise will allow you to meet your weight goal. The personalities of the coaches are in tune with with your desire to lose weight permanently . Your individually assigned coach will take a personal interest in you. He or she will be encouraging you to learn to adapt your life that you can reach your weight loss goals. He will explain meal planning tools that allow you to plan your meals and snacks so that you are not always hungry while losing weight. Losing weight requires a bit of a lifestyle transformation. The group you are associated with may take interest in you and may also encourage you to lose weight as well as deal with your unique circumstances. My coach was constantly encouraging yet not demanding. I particularly enjoyed his presentations on a variety of subjects related to weight loss. Listening to him is like listening to a professor who knows all of the technical applications. Yet he is interested in your success in applying whatever information he is teaching you. You can record his presentations. You also have continuous access to him via email. This speeds up the process of how to use the Committed Coaches website. Your coach will be the kind of person with whom you can develop a trusting experience. I will miss them all. They are the sort of people one would like to have as lifetime friends. I have had a lot of friends, but at my age of 84 many have passed away. Many of my current friends have positive attitudes similar to Committed Coaches, but none could help me lose weight. I spent seven years in formal academic training, two years in the military, ten years as a biologist/pilot, and forty years as a volunteer minister. My recent loss of over thirty pounds may give me more years in the active volunteer work. If this happens, much of the credit goes to Committed Coaches.

There is an abundance of useful information. My coach, Toni, does a great job of explaining the why behind the suggestions she makes for improving not only eating habits, but life habits, as well.

My coach was really caring and very understanding he taught me a lot. I was able to keep up with my meal planning and he checked my meals and gave me such great feedback. He was very supportive when I needed his support with even the little things and how I felt when my day wasn’t going exactly how I thought it should be going. But, I always took one day at a time and I did accomplish some really good goals. Thank you for this wonderful program and I think it would be good for someone to try.

It was not made clear to me that this was another diet based platform. I was lead to believe that it was personalized coaching. I only got emails. No one identified my personal needs and goals. After a couple of weeks I asked several times to be released from my commitment and was never helped or contacted again. BEWARE

I just started with the program. I do not need to lose weight. I need to maintain my weight. I’ve seen nutritionists twice before in my life. One was so restrictive that it wasn’t sustainable. One was great but wasn’t great at explaining the “why”, it was more just do as I say. There are things she taught me I still incorporate into this program but I am the “ I need to understand the theory or the why of the concept”. This did just that! I get it! And I can keep doing it for the rest of my life! THAT IS SUCCESS! I don’t need someone to keep me accountable but it’s nice to know it’s available. My coach Steveo, he is top tier! I feel he is very compatible with my personality and we work great together. I’m super stoked and happy. Thank you!

When I joined Committed Coaches the end of July, it took at least 2 weeks for my coach to figure out why I was having difficulties with the app and on my phone. Once I figured out how to get connected and could get the program info to open up and I understood how to utilize the app it was very helpful to use and my coach was very helpful it getting my meal plans that worked for me. This program has helped me focus on when to eat, what to eat and the correct portion sizes. I was already staying on a daily hydration plan of drinking over 100 ounces of water but wasn't focused on my appropriate meal sizes and when to eat protein, carbs and fats. My journey started 3 years ago I was 190 pounds and had many health issues going on including high blood pressure that was alarming to drs to put me on medication, I developed pneumonia with asthma and other issues with my heart and also told I had diabetes. This prompted me to get my life under control and my health. I was put on lots of medications and steroids to keep me well and build my immune system again. I decided I did not want to stay on medications for the rest of my life and worked to change my lifestyle habits holistically and with diet to lose weight and gain my health back drug free. So before joining Committed Coaches I had lost 35 pounds. I started the end of July at 155 pounds and as of October 16,2025 I am 143 pounds. I have lost several inches from my waist, hips and other areas and down from size 16 pants to a size 10 in my clothes. I am making progress and have lowered my blood pressure, and my medications also. My A1C is now down to 5.4 and my dr says I am now out of risk of diabetes. All my labs are great except still working on getting bad cholesterol down with diet. The coaches have given me great tools to use including mindful support, learning eating habits and what and when to eat, the daily challenges we face with staying on meal plans and options for exercise to meet any situations we have with limitations. The coaches give us daily to do lists, continued support if we have questions or need additional instructions, there are weekly calls for us all to participate in for guidance and continued support and guidance has been great! I thank Committed Coaches for encouraging everyone with weekly calls of sharing our progress with others to encourage everyone to create consistent habits. I am making lifestyle changes by developing daily habits to become a stronger healthier me for a lifetime with the help of Committed Coaches, this plan has been a game changer for me!
