I can’t really rate them, because i just started today, but my intake call was excellent. The coach was empathetic, listened well, and helped me make a decision i could live with and would help me live a better life. So i guess i can rate them!

I’m loving my experience with Committed Coaches. When I am down or frustrated, they lift me up and give me the confidence to keep trying. I don’t need to beat myself up for getting off plan. Every day is a new day and I just keep on trying. It’s great to share when I do have a great day. The encouragement is always there. I have health issues which make it more difficult to get the exercise in each day, but I’m determined to lose the weight and get healthier.

Committed Coaches has completely changed my life. I used to feel lost and frustrated trying to eat right and get in shape, but my coach gave me the guidance, support, and motivation I needed to finally believe in myself. They didn’t just give me a plan-they gave me hope.I’ve learned how to fuel my body, move with purpose, and stay consistent even on hard days. I’m healthier, stronger, and more confident than I’ve ever been- and for the first time, I know this isn’t a temporary fix. It’s a lifestyle I can be proud of.. Thank you, committed coaches, for helping me become the best version of myself.

They are doing a great job of coaching, supporting various health conditions, and have available tools and guidance to support losing weight healthily. The support provided for our community and individual clients are phenomenal. Through my coach’s guidance, I was able to create meal plans to support me along my journey. I am losing weight slowly but I feel confident that I will achieve my goal.
