I started with CC 8/28/2025, it’s been the experience of my life. CC is Of excellence. From then until now, 8/1/2026, I’ve become a totally different person because of working with CC program, I’ve become the program. To say I love them is an understatement. I’ve lost weight, I didn’t have that much weight to lose, 25 lbs, 53 inches, but it’s the transformation I’ve noticed in my behavior that I’m most proud of. My identity has also transformed. I was angry, resentful and plain upset with the world it seems looking back at me, over what I don’t know. Almost right away, after I changed my diet to earth based foods,(things coming from the earth), eating the right amount, the right time, and the right kinds of foods, I noticed a difference in my behavior. Within 6-7 months, it was over, the anger was gone, and so were 18 daily prescriptions, gone, done. Now, I’m only on 5 prescriptions a day for asthma, COPD, osteoarthritis and the beginning of RA, which is phenomenal for me. I’m at peace, internal peace, for the first time in my lifetime. It’s a gift, priceless. I don’t get upset anymore, I just don’t. Terrible things have happened to my family of late and my response is that I let it go right thru me, from Coach Chad, living life untethered, it’s very liberating. I also don’t try to do everything myself, I ask for help. To ask for help doesn’t mean I’m weak, it means I’m strong and I can identify the fact that I just need a little help. These types of issues and correcting them, you just don’t pick up on the roadside. It does take professional coaching/instruction which at CC you get as little or as much as you want. It does not depend on cost, you pay one time and you have access to the best coaches out there, under the supervision of coach Chad, the owner. They are a wealth of information, on top their game , always. I am astonished how I’ve changed, and how much I’ve learned. I’d never believe it back in September what I know now. I’d highly recommend Committed Coaches for whatever need you may have. They’re an outstanding bunch of people who will not give up on you. They will do whatever it takes to help you meet your individual needs. They have your back, literally. This, I promise to you. Thank you CC for all you do for the so many of us that need you. About sixty days ago I took a good look in the mirror. It wasn't good. I'd spent thousands of dollars on supplements to lose weight, done liver cleanses, clay body detox, liquid collagen, special diets, weight loss pants, and many gimmicks out there with no change in my body.There were a number of public events on my calendar related to the autobiography I published. It is a story of faith and hope in the midst of great personal darkness, of transforming a life of fear and abuse to a life of joy and peace, something attainable for everyone. It was written to give others hope.The person in the mirror had a huge gut. How could she give anyone hope? I considered my body shape to be potato. My energy and motivational levels were low. I believed that no one would want to talk with or listen to someone who looked like this. No one would believe that someone who looked like this could be living a life of joy and peace. Even my wardrobe was drab, whatever I could find in the remote area where I live was good enough. I had two closets full of clothes I didn't like and struggled every day to find something I felt good wearing.After watching the MAHA films, I joined Committed Coaches. My life immediately began to change. My coach, Dorota Soto, understood my goal of changing my physical self to boost confidence and a positive reception from others. I notified her that my kitchen was filled with unhealthy foods. But food is very expensive in the remote area where I live in Alaska, so I didn't want to throw it away. She helped me combine the bad foods with the healthy foods to use what was in my kitchen and still eat healthy meals. Through her coaching, positive reinforcement, and encouragement, along with the sessions by Coach Brett and Coach Brad, my life has changed..I don't do things perfectly. I may miss exercise or a great meal because of travel or meeting times, but I do the best I can and that is acknowledged in a positive way. There is nothing but encouragement by your team! It is so greatly appreciated.My average day is so much different now because of this program. Before Committed Coaches, I would wake up, spend time with God, make coffee, and doom scroll until it was time to get ready for work. Then there was breakfast, and work.Now I wake up, spend time with the Lord, start with push ups, and continue exercising for 45 minutes. I'm amazed that I had the time to do that along with getting ready for my work day! I have time for other tasks, too, such as paying bills, placing an Amazon order, or looking at upcoming travel arrangements.My energy level has increased tremendously. I feel like I'm accomplishing as much in this early morning time as I was in an entire day before I started this program. I feel so much better about myself, even though I am still overweight. I'm not done yet, and you're not done with me yet! This is transformation in progress. In researching my female archetype I changed how I dress and carry myself. I walk with confidence now. Yes, I still have a belly, but how I dress makes that less apparent. On a recent trip to the lower 48 I purchased a new wardrobe for the cost of a pair of slacks and a top where I live. Now I look in the closet, excited by what I see because I love everything I purchased. Choosing outfits to wear has gone from a downcast search for a top and a pair of slacks to being excited at so many wonderful choices before me.The change in my body is evident. I do not own a scale, but I know my weight is down. It's been easy to exercise when home, and only slightly challenging when I am "on the road," Your food recommendation list is on my dining room table and in every suitcase I pack. Thank you for that great gift ! I look at every restaurant menu before I go to the restaurant so I can order the best food possible. If I can't do my exercise because of where I am, I will improvise. For example, at a recent book signing event, I had time to do leg exercises in my chair. No one knew. I feel so much better about myself because of your help, your teaching, your guidance, your encouragement, your documents, videos, and emails. I don't care that I still see a protruding abdomen when I look in the mirror. I also see sagging skin where there was a solid mass two months ago. I am beyond encouraged! This program is life changing for me. I cannot thank you enough for all that you do to help us achieve healthier lives, which leads to happier lives, better lives, and more productive lives. I don’t usually write reviews, but committed coaches has completely changed the way I think about nutrition, weight loss, and my relationship with food.When I first signed up, I honestly thought, “Here we go again…another program that’s going to cost money and end up being just another diet.” I couldn’t have been more wrong.Working with Coach Del has completely changed the way I think about food. The weekly group coaching calls, access to other coaching sessions, and the daily accountability of sending my meals for feedback have taught me not just what to eat, but why. For the first time, I understand how my body processes food, and how to make better choices without feeling deprived.This isn’t another diet – it’s a mindset shift and a sustainable lifestyle. Instead of chasing quick results, I’m building habits that will last a lifetime. I know I’ll reach my goals, and more importantly, I know I’ll never have to “diet” again. Committed coaches has been one of the best investments I’ve ever made in my health.

I started the coaching program a while ago and am so grateful for my personal coach Jen. Her heartfelt support and feedback on my daily mails are keeping me on track. The personal approach and insight are really worth the investment in myself. I made a leap of faith to joint the committed coaches program. I was not sure if I could stick to the program. I expected to get a lot of food rules and that would make me zone out. And I was really happy that my coach and also the other coaches are also focusing on what lies underneath the eating. This helps me so much to look into the reasons why I eat or where my triggers are. The questions they ask help me to get more insight in myself and how it works for me. It makes me catch my self before I binge eat and make the healthier choice. Also to be compassionate towards my self. Not to blame or shame my self. One of the slogans: Next Best. No day is wasted because I made one bad or not so healthy discission. This is helping me so much and creates awareness, so I can make beter choices and maintain them in the future. My energy level is already higher then before and I'm walking and cycling more. I'm so looking forward to see myself in one year. It's great value for money, Improved my fitness, definitely a recommendation especially if you struggle, there are daily zoom calls on all kind of food and heath topics that can give you insights and where you can ask questions with great coaches.

I have spent years working through so many eating/lifestyle/diet protocols; and this is the first program that actually felt doable for a lifetime vs. short term. Three weeks in and the scale is moving! Hooray! I had been “stuck” in spite of calorie counting apps, following protocols outlined in dozens of cookbooks, and quite a few other avenues. I am feeling motivated and appreciate the clear, concise presentations and documents. The prompt reply to questions & feedback are outstanding, unlike many of the programs I have participated in over several decades. I do not feel deprived and aligned right away with every recommendation so far. Too many of the programs in my past felt limiting or included processed foods claiming low fat, low sugar, and/or low calories; yet offered very little nutritional benefits. I thrive on information and love to learn, so this program feels like it was created just for me. I was worried I would get bored very quickly; and I am already seeing that this program allows some flexibility that inspires me to stick with it! My mind, body & spirit feel supported and I do not sense empty promises here. Thank you for doing this; I was so tired of being sick & tired and feel better already. Woo hoo!

This is the first time when joining a weight loss program. I have utilized the svelte videos for a number of years, but knew that I needed more help with my journey. I am absolutely blown away by the input, positivity, motivation, and enthusiasm I have experienced especially with Jen Moore. She has been a catalyst for helping me change my mindset and the encouragement she gives me (and others) is just so inspiring! I have also been able to attend a couple of Chad Tacketts’ zoom videos and he is exactly the same as Jen. I truly don’t know where or how you found these two coaches, but I am so grateful that they are in this journey with me!!

Commitment coaches has given me the confidence to enjoy my journey to weight loss. Remembering it is not a strict diet. But learning how to eat better, and removing more processed foods. And listening to my body and how everything is connected such as sleep and stress and movement. My health has improved including my mental health.
