My only complaint is that the manual concerning the remote could be a little clearer, if there was a small card with instructions on it instead of having to look through a large manual to find out how to manipulate the remote. Call it a cheat sheet for lack of another term. .

product received in a timely manner and was packaged well. I was concerned that the date of manufacture for both the indoor and outdoor units were over two years old. I was assured the warranty starts from date of purchase. Unit is working great so far.
