I am not a HVAC expert and needed help and advice getting the right ductless system for my home. The representatives from ComfortUp were VERY friendly and always were so nice to help. I also needed to return a few unopened items that my contractor installer didn't use. ComfortUp helped me get everything returned by sending UPS labels and getting me a refund! Thanks for everything - I'll be a return customer for sure!

The product was shipped quickly and arrived on time. I can't tell you how great this AC is. I highly recommend it. It's very quiet and easily cools my office. I had a 12K BTU portable room AC and it couldn't keep up. This unit is quiet, efficient, and has great features.
