Ordered a Ductless Heat Pump but after a week or so, hadn't heard back that the unit had shipped. I emailed the company and got a response in less than 24 hours that the unit had shipped and was then able to track the shipment with the provided tracking number. The shipping company called and scheduled delivery so I was able to be there when the unit arrived. It came with no damage and was wheeled right into my garage with a pallet jack. That was on Friday of a Holiday weekend and I was blessed enough to have the unit installed & up and running by the following Wednesday. My wife is very happy again.

I bought a split unit AC from Comfortup. The price on the unit was the lowest I could find on the internet, and free shipping was another huge bonus. My only complaint was that there was little information provided by email or on their website letting me know when my order was going to be fulfilled. After a week on no update on the status of processing, I left a message on their website (feedback client) requesting the status and got no answer. I didn't know the order was finished being processed until I received a call from the delivery company (which was not Comfortup). Please work on your communication! Let the customer know the status of orders and update them on changes!

All good so far. No problems. Bought 2 units Plan on buying many more over the years

Having a defective heater just after it is installed is really disappointing. It took a while to find out how to get a replacement. Contact person lost my info. took a day and a weekend to figure out. Sent part. It was wrong. Finally got it right taking much longer than it needed. Happy with the mini splits when they work.

Al was an absolute professional in his assistance with our needs. Had slight hiccup with shipping but problem was immediately resolved. Still working on my install but am confident all will be well. Thanks again.

The product shipped immediately. I have installed all three of units. They work fine right out of the box. I called the warranty service line just to see about how to get warranty service. I looks like it would be hassle free, but I don't need the service now. Time will tell, it has been two weeks since the installation.

Good service fast delivery ...make sure you get the delivery companys number to scedule your delivery date..apparently on my order they had the wrong number in system but my product works fine and im happy.make sure you revew your order tourally before perching to avoid buying to much material or to little .

I love the ductless ac units, I installed one in my cabin (different brand) and the Gree in my workshop. They are so quiet its unbelievable. I put in the 240V unit in my shop because i only have 80 amp service and didn't want it all used on AC. the lights don't even flicker when this thing turns on. I was disappointed with the lines i ordered with the unit. They came the wrong size on one end (wall unit end) and had to be cut and re flared. I would hope a company would help its customers if the lines they order are not correct. I dont know if i ordered the wrong ones or the wrong ones where sent, but still a phone call saying hey did you know these wont fit? would have been great. Otherwise after 2 weeks install its AWESOME!
