Great company, good communications, fast shipping at a great price. When I signed up for an account I received a $50.00 coupon that helped us with the cost. I had the unit in 5 business days, and we are very happy with it. The shipping company was very easy too. Wife and I decided to purchase a mini-split for our Master Bedroom which was not receiving enough air flow from the central AC. Went with a GREE ductless and couldn't be happier. The unit was easy to purchase and at a great price. Comfortup even threw in a free 25ft line set ($250 value and free shipping which took about 6 days to arrive). Would definitely purchase from Comfortup again!

Al was extremely knowledgeable and prices were great. They forgot a vent cover, but pulled my order right up and said they would get it right out. Gree unit I got was over $1000 less than home depot delivered free with no tax.

I think everyone is hesitant to order on line for certain items but you will have no problems with Comfort Up. I had sent a message through their system in the evening, my phone rang at 8am the next morning and it was Comfort Up responding to my message. Once our product arrived, one unit was broken, again Comfort Up responded quickly and a new unit was sent out. I would definitely recommend Comfort Up to anyone, and not to mention, their price was the best we found so great service and great prices!!
