I've ordered two mini-splits from ComfortUp, and each time their customer service, order processing, shipment and follow up have been outstanding. If I need another mini-split, I'd go back to ComfortUp without hesitation. Good pricing, too!

I purchased a Mitsubishi ductless heat/AC unit for a room over the garage. It hasn't been installed yet so I can't rate it but the service and attention from Comfortup was exceptional. I would highly recommend this company to do business with. I was leary at first placing such a large order over the Internet I'm glad I did.

I almost purchased a Mini Split unit from Home Depot but I thought I should look online first. I found Comfortup online and called as I needed information on unit sizing. My customer service rep was very knowledgeable of all the products and helped me order the right Mini Split unit. I received the unit in less than a week and Comfortup saved me over $1,100.00 from Home Depot's price including the free shipping. I had a great purchase experience with Comfortup. I had to contact them during the purchase process to ask a quick question about the mini split system I was buying. The lady that helped me via the live chat was quick to get me the answer that I needed. The shipping was quick, and the item came packaged well.
