I received the unit a few weeks ago, was waiting for the HVAC guys to come here and hook it up before I gave my review. My Gree Vireo has been running now for about a half hour (both in AC and heat modes to test them out) and I am SO pleased and impressed with this unit. Buying from ComfortUp was so simple, and customer service was really helpful. The unit arrived quickly and in perfect shape. The HVAC guys were impressed that I had everything I needed and was ready to go when they arrived. Thank you!

Purchased a Gree Mini Split system. The unit is so quiet and works great so far.(only had up a week or so) Comfortup offered the best selection at the best prices. Shipping was free and South Eastern Freight loaded right into my truck. Very pleased with my entire experience. Too bad they don't sell cars;(

The ordering process was easy and pleasant, our order arrived sooner than expected (and shipping was free to boot!), and the installation was a breeze (no pun intended!). Oh, I forgot to mention that ComfortUp's prices were unbeatable. With the money we saved by buying our Gree system from ComfortUp we were able to pay our HVAC man to professionally install the unit, and we still had savings left! Can't beat that! Yes, we would confidently order from ComfortUp again, and we would certainly recommend ComfortUp to everyone without hesitation!

Shipping was quick... Product was packaged very well. My ac guy had a couple questions so I called customer service and spoke with Nikki. She took the time to make sure our questions were answered correctly AND she followed up 2 days later to make sure everything was matching up. Customer service is hard to come by these days but she was ready to go the extra mile to make sure we had the right line sets for our unit and the follow up call was the icing on the cake. Thank you!
