Provided good service would have given a five star but we have had a couple little glitches but nothing major, I'll continue doing business with comfortup

The unit works great. I have the 36,000 btu unit. It is so quite and cools the whole house. 12500 sf. I am hoping it will also lower out eclectic bill. This is a much better system than the ducted units. The only problem we had is finding someone to install the unit. I live in San Antonio Tx. Not one of the AC companies In SA would install the system, only because we did not buy it form them. It took us two weeks to find someone to do the installation. He was a licensed AC guy. He worked on his own and was not tied to any company. He did a great job. It would be very helpful if comfort up would come up with a list of people who would install the units. I know many others had to run into the same problem if no one in San Antonio would not help. Do not let this scare you away. It make take a while but you can find someone to install your unit. Go for it. They are great systems.

Best prices hands down...friendly on the phone and I would have given 5 stars except for the small irritant that they NEVER seemed to KNOW when my orders were shipped! They would just magically arrive, even though they assured me they would notify when shipped, etc. This created a small problem on my end given I couldn't get my install people scheduled, thus having to wait...If they figure that out, they'll get 5 stars no problem!

Probably should have went one level up.

They had a good price. The delivery company did not call in advance as they should have. One of the products (a lineset) was defective. Not the fault of ComfortUp.

Great service and follow up, however, a part was missing and held up installation, otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

Order processing was good, the product price was excellent and delivered quicker than expected.
