The first shipment was damaged. I sent it back and called them. They are easy to communicate with and promptly sent me a replacement. Our unit has not been installed yet so I cannot comment one the quality.

It's been over 3 months of having GREE VIREO (12,000 BTU) in my 300 Sq Ft sun-room. The room has a total of 5 sliding doors and eastern exposure. The unit heated the room during April cold days without any problem. I waited to check its summer performance before posting my review. We had some very hot days this July and my GREE had no problem keeping the temperature at comfortable levels. It is very silent and energy efficient. I am very pleased with its performance so far. Hope it continues to do well.

I've never bought a mini split unit and had no idea what to do. They gave me the insight and info I needed to make this purchase and for 3 weeks the unit has performed excellent!

I like my new mini split a/c unit. Cools room rapidly with powerful 4 speed blower. Actually cools my entire 1400 sq. ft. home, obviously cooler in room where located but navigates down the to rest of rooms in my home. I have only one disappointment and that is the fact that the fan runs continually even when room has reached desired temp. Outdoor compressor shuts down as usual but interior fan runs, supposedly to sense change in room temp and save on power do to start-up

The Mitsubishi AC is working like champ. Customer service is ways better than I expected. She was helping me from beginning to end.

I purchased a Gree RIO mini split for my house and the unit promptly arrived. I decided a week later to buy one for my beach house. I went back to Comfortup and they had mistakenly listed the Gree Terra (22 seer) unit at $2-300 lower than it should be as it was last years pricing. The service rep was very nice on the phone and said they realized the mistake on the website the day before, but since it was not yet removed, they would have to honor that price. The unit promptly shipped and arrived a few days later. I would do business with them again and I'm happy with my purchase.

Unit was delivered quickly, as described, works amazing!!! Gets rid of Smoke in rental house in less then 2 hours. Wouldn't have believed it until I saw it myself!!! Everyone who rents out property needs one of these.
