Very good communication from customer service, honored the original price I was quoted while I waited for product restock even though the sale had ended. Once product was in shipping was quick and easy, product arrived via LTL with no issues. Overall good experience, saved a lot of money compared to quote from local dealer. Just make sure you find an installer that will put in your products without you purchasing through them.

The sales personnel are knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful with assisting with the order.

I put in an order for a new Gree multi system. 1 outside unit and 4 inside units. Still have not been able to find an AC guy to come out and hook them up :(. When I was looking at the systems before ordering I had lots of questions and Comfortup was always there to answer my questions by email , chat or phone, also best price I could find. so if your ever going to get a ductless system, please give comfortup a call you will be very happy.

My unit arrived when they said it would and with no freight damage. The unit was very easy to install (read the instructions) after mounting the outside unit on a concrete pad and wiring 230V. Next mounting the inside unit above my window and routing the line set. I had a HVAC guy evacuate the lines and check for leaks turn it on, no problems. Works great, very happy with this unit. Will probably purchase another one next year for the rest of our house.
