Ordered a Gree mini split heat pump online. The online ordering experience was good. The mini split shipped and arrived on time with no damage. It was packed well on a pallet. Unfortunately, the wrong lineset was shipped, received a 25' instead of 35'. I called customer service and they immediately shipped, overnight, the correct line set. I lost a couple of days and had the inconvenience of shipping the incorrect line set back. I have ordered units from other vendors, and they used none freight shipping, i.e. UPS, Fedex., which almost always results in shipping damage.

Shipping was a challenge due to the fact when we placed the order we were instructed delivery would be sent up our driveway not true. It was a miscommunication. Trucks arrive in a minimum of 52' truck and they offload to your own vehicle or use a handtruck with a pallet. Have not installed our unit yet due to inclimate weather and cannot wait! Boxes arrive stating air conditioning. Called comfort air and they did confirm it does have heat as well.

Even though the website states the color of the unit to be white, it is natural. Now my entire white sun room has a tan ac unit taking up one wall. The service, shipping and experience was all great. But this wrong color kind of messes up my look.

The roof mounted air conditioner on my motorhome is very noisy. So I'm installing a 9,000 BTU Gree split system. I will mount the compressor unit outside on the back wall. I will mount it with rubber isolation mounts. I hope that the unit is rugged enough to be mounted to a moving vehicle. The inside air handler fit well and looks good. I'll finish the project as soon as the winter weather passes.

Ordered a Gree brand Rio 9000BTU mini split unit. I mistakenly ordered a 25ft lineset rather than 35 ft. The lady worked it out for me very fairly. I did a little concrete pad for the outside unit and mounted the inside unit on the wall and called the HVAC guy to hook it up. Everything was handled very well and the unit works great.

It's up and running, with the only issue is the insulation of the refrigeration lines in the inside unit. My situation requires to exit the inside unit out of the back on the left side. Thank goodness I used a 3.0 inch hole to exit thru the wall since to refrigeration lines, one drain and a very big inside to outside electrical cable. Your recommendation of a 2.75 inch hole is to small, actually it I did it again I would use a 4.0 inch hole.
