My wife ordered a ptac unit, but it ended up being the wrong one. We had already had it for at least six months before we went to install it and noticed that it was the wrong size. Comfortup worked with us and gave us a good deal on the correct unit that we needed, even though it was my wife that ordered the wrong one. Would definitely deal with these folks again. Great communication also.

Good service and great staff but bad delivery service had to go to pick up my product becouse the delivery guy could not bring it to me a little upset!

While I can't give a couple of shipping companies high marks for care of shipments, I can without reservation state that Comfortup delivers the best level of customer support I have had the pleasure to experience is a LONG time. It took 4 tries to have an indoor wall unit arrive without damage, and there was never any question about getting a replacement on it's way. The 2 Gree 24000 BTU systems are high quality systems that seem to be efficient and are very quiet. Very Pleased.

I purchased a Gree 18000 BTU mini split In spring 2016. It was giving me an issue from the start.I called customer service and they referred me to their tech support .2 months go by and still issue wasn't resolved even though they were trying to help.I made another call to comfort up to try to exchange the unit and the customer service manager Carey Dunn said to me, he would like to research the issue further to see if he could help, he called in a couple days and had me check a few things which turned out not to help the problem. I then told him I will take the unit out, just to not to deal with it anymore and by another brand. Carey told me there has to be someone out there that can help,that he needed a couple more days to research it to get information from someone else to get me an answer of what is going on before I remove the unit. He emailed me in a couple days and said he is still working on it and he will get back to me. A few days later I received an email with something else to try to see if it helps. With all the work that Carey did it finally paid off, he found the problem with the unit and it works perfectly. I just want to say THANK YOU to comfortup and especially the customer service manager Carey Dunn for not giving up.

I was on vacation in Jamaica,walking around on the hotel grounds I saw that all the ac split condensers were Gree,so I figured if Gree is good for Jamaica it was good enough for New York so stared looking on line for a 4 zone 36000 btu split Gree system. I checked out ecomfort.com acwholesalers.com and many more others with the help of Kerry I got the best price at comfortup.com, Kerry even stayed late to do the transaction on the phone because it wouldn't go through on line.i got delevery in 4 days. All went well with shipping and shipper. My Mitsubishi R410 unit had a 1/4" charging port not 5/16" like everything said it would, just something to be aware of other than that everything worked out fine.
