customer support inexperienced. Your return policy needs to re evaluated. Customer service states no return or refunds if product is install . My question to customer, it you do not install how do you know if product has a defect? I would not recommend this company to any of my friends. I received item, had it install by a professional, ductless mini air condition worked for about 10 minutes total within two weeks of item being in my possession.

The delivery service was horrible. The secretary on the phone was nasty when she called to schedule and recommend we go pick up the unit at the shipping facility instead of having it delivered as it weighed alot. We had it delivered to our home. There was only one delivery man who was older and unable to move it himself. He had no hand truck and the lift on the delivery truck was broken. My husbamd had a hand truck and had to help with the whole delivery. It was an unbelievably horrible experience.

I ordered a mini split company didn't tell me line set was not in the package nor did the company call me to say Mr martin we are informing you that we could add a line set so there would be no delay. It was learned by chatting with upcomfort that there was no line set so item was refused and shipper would not let me inspect item there fore cancelled. When chatting with comfort up the person if formed me no line set but did ask if needed here again who would not of no line set or connection cable. They would and didn't say or ask for line set. They say it was there I recall it wasn't did know so I asked in chat only to learn more money for shipping and delay.

Basically, not all of our customers have a need for linesets, so we don't always include them within our system listings. The systems we sell that do Not include linesets, such as yours, are indicated as such by stating the linesets are “Required, but not included...” right below the system picture. The systems we sell that Do include a lineset, we have a large graphic of a lineset, clearly indicating their inclusion. These differences are easy to spot, therefore it's not common practice for us to reach out to customers to confirm their order decisions. If there are ever any doubts, we're always happy to help. I have bought 10 of thevery ac unt from another company that gives you a complete system so please read the small print before buying one from this company because you can get a complete system for the same price and cheaper

The indoor unit is discolored & manufactured date on outdoor unit 03/2013. Shipping was terrible and I never received a response from comfort up when I sent them a note from their eBay store.
