I was very happy with my order I was confused as what to buy but they helped me get exactly what I wanted. The order came right away with no missing parts or items. I will need more for the unit I purchased and when I am ready I will defiantly buy them from here.

Excellent information prior to ordering …
Excellent information prior to ordering the Gree 7,000 BTU. Shipping was quick, well packaged. Unit was easy to install. The Gree seems much quieter than the older models, works good as it should. Price was excellent, service was great. This was our first purchase thru Comfortup, will not be the last one.

Excellent, Simply Excellent I was a difficult customer with a large and complicated order, and the customer service team was patient, understanding, and accommodating. I will certainly be using them again, and will recommend them to anyone needing air conditioning.

Good experience
Good experience! Kerry was extremely professional and helpful. Thoroughly answered all my questions, didn't rush things, gave me good prices on the two units I purchased and I'm expecting the same service if I run into any problems. Yet to have the units hooked up and running due to the stage of construction right now. Would and have already recommended them to a friend to check out.

After researching mini-split ac units …
After researching mini-split ac units and prices I finally settled on Comfortup because they had both the best price for all the necessary parts needed to complete the installation and the best reviews. I'm glad I did. I recommend them. They were very helpful when I called and they even called me back to make sure things were taken care of.
