Ok I was a knucklehead and I ordered the wrong ETAC unit from Comfortup and had to sent it back. STRESS! Carolyn at Comfortup was fabulous. She walked me through the return process and helped me pick out the correct unit for my set up. The return shipper picked it up from my house. Lesson learned. CALL THEM FIRST! Then order. They know their stuff. Shipping was pretty fast. The unit was easy to install and is cold and quiet. Thanks Carolyn.

I ordered the wrong unit by mistake and the next morning a gentleman called me from the company to explain that I had ordered an incorrect unit. I can't say how nice that was for him to catch that error and call me. It's saved a lot of trouble for me in the future. That is the kind of service and company that I like to deal with and I would highly recommend their company to anyone. Thank you again for catching my mistake and contacting me !

I had not heard of ComfortUp, until it was mentioned to me by my local heat & A/C service provider. I am so glad he did. Ordering, delivery, and performance have all been excellent. The website makes it very easy to understand and select the appropriate equipment. Documentation can be downloaded at any time. Ordering is straightforward, and delivery was excellent, ontime, and in perfect condition. Once installed, the equipment is magnificent! I highly recommend ComfortUp, and have already done so several times.

Ordered a Gree 2 zone mini split from Comfort Up. Shipping time and location were spot on and a very helpful driver. After a lengthy installation a word to the wise would be to have an A/C installer lined up before hand. Unit is very quiet and performs well. I would buy a Gree product again from Comfort UP.

I ordered an air only unit for Mitsubishi. Sent to state of Michigan. Ordered was placed from my Arizona residence. I got a call asking did I really want only air not heat also. How great customer service is that. They wanted to make sure what I ordered is what I needed. Love ya
